Decreases a party member's P. Def. by 8%, M. Def. by 16%, and evasion by 4, and increases P. Atk. by 8%, M. Atk. by 16%, Atk. Spd. by 8%, Casting Spd. by 8%, and moving speed by 8 for 20 minutes.

This buff give u some p attack some casting speed some attack speed but do it cost of 16% m def and 8% of ur p def?

Remember players use it only when farm something in pvp never use , only Titans use.
